離心機(jī)：離心機(jī)在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候，會產(chǎn)生靜電火花，里面的物料如果含有醇類、苯類、酯類等可燃性揮發(fā)性的氣體，就會有爆炸的安全隱患。
?目前行業(yè)里的解決辦法大部分采取充氮?dú)庵脫Q的方法，置換的時(shí)間長短，一種是憑著生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行，二種是看氮?dú)鈮毫χ担谌N就是持續(xù)的進(jìn)行充氮保護(hù)；然而上述的解決方法做不到準(zhǔn)確的讀取氧氣的數(shù)值，或者造成氮?dú)赓Y源的浪費(fèi)；導(dǎo)致離心機(jī)爆炸事故頻頻發(fā)生。
針對上述情況：我公司采取前級采樣預(yù)處理+現(xiàn)場數(shù)值顯示+電磁閥連鎖充氮/切斷離心機(jī)電源，也可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要將數(shù)據(jù)（推薦4-20mA）遠(yuǎn)傳至DCS、GDS或者通過物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)手機(jī)APP推送/微信的組合方式，保證離心機(jī)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
Centrifuge: When the centrifuge is running at high speed, it will produce electrostatic sparks, and if the materials in it contain alcohols, benzene, esters and other flammable and volatile gases, there will be potential safety hazards of explosion.
? At present, most of the solutions in the industry take the method of nitrogen replacement, the length of time of replacement, one is based on production experience, the second is to look at the nitrogen pressure value, and the third is to continue to carry out nitrogen filling protection; however, the above solution can not accurately read the value of oxygen, or cause the waste of nitrogen resources; lead to frequent centrifuge explosion accidents.
In view of the above situation: our company adopts pre-sampling pretreatment + on-site value display + solenoid valve interlocking nitrogen filling / cutting off the power supply of the centrifuge, and can also transmit the data (recommended 4-20mA) to DCS, GDS or through the Internet of Thing
