本機適用于制藥廠針劑安瓿瓶、西林瓶、口服液瓶等藥用玻璃瓶和不銹鋼工器具的干熱滅菌烘箱，具有升溫快、熱分布均勻、結構緊湊、操作簡單等特點。該設備用于對清洗后的穩(wěn)定材料、物品采用連續(xù)式的高溫循環(huán)空氣方式進行滅菌除熱原，將物品放入干熱滅菌柜內(nèi)，啟動PLC可編程序控制系統(tǒng)，內(nèi)循環(huán)風機工作、加熱、干燥箱迅速升溫。在內(nèi)循環(huán)風機作用下，干熱空氣通過耐高溫高效過濾器進入箱體，在層流孔板調節(jié)作用下形成一個均勻分布空氣向箱體內(nèi)傳遞，干燥空氣吸收物品表面的水分，進入加熱通道蒸發(fā)排出、干空氣在風機作用下定向循環(huán)流動。干燥結束后進入恒溫滅菌階段，此階段設備不再向外界排風，通過250℃的熱風進行45min的干熱滅菌過程，時間到達后，過程控制完畢。開啟送風強制冷卻，聲光提示開門。在正常情況下無菌間門在滅菌程序結束達到冷卻點70℃時可開門（冷卻點溫度可設定，一般冷卻點溫度在60-80℃）。

The dry air absorbs the ** on the surface of the articles, enters the heating channel to evaporate and exhaust, and the dry air circulates directionally under the action of the fan.After drying, the equipment enters the stage of constant temperature sterilization. In this stage, the equipment will no longer exhaust air to the outside. The process of dry heat sterilization is carried out for 45 minutes by hot air at 250 C. After the time arrives, the process is controlled.Open the air supply for forced cooling, sound and light prompt to open the door.Under normal conditions, the door of sterile compartment can be opened when the cooling point reaches 70 C at the end of sterilization procedure (the cooling point temperature can be set, generally the cooling point temperature is 60-80 C).
